2 Day Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park Safari

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), our team at Golden Kits warmly welcomes the group. Our dedicated representative will be present to greet participants and facilitate their seamless transfer to a hotel in Arusha. In the morning, following breakfast (approximately 7:30 AM), your safari guide will arrive at the hotel and notify the receptionist of their presence. Upon meeting your driver, you will embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park, starting your first safari by 10:00 AM! This park is renowned for its diverse Tanzanian wildlife, offering potential sightings of lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and more. However, it's particularly famous for its remarkable elephant population, often found near the Tarangire River, their primary water source. As nature is unpredictable, the guide cannot assure specific animal sightings, but rest assured, every effort will be made to spot the wildlife you desire. Our team at Golden Kit Tours and Safaris operates on its radio channel, allowing our drivers to communicate and collaborate with other guides in the pursuit of rare species. A lunch will be provided at noon, following which the safari will continue until the evening, when you will be transferred back to the hotel. Additional Notes: As this marks the first day of your safari, we kindly request that you carefully observe the visitor rules of the national parks and adhere to our company's recommendations. Throughout the safari, exiting the vehicle is strictly prohibited except in specially designated areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in significant fines for the company, potentially leading to the revocation of our license. Off-road driving is prohibited to protect the delicate natural ecosystem from potential damage. While smoking is permitted during the safari, please exercise extreme caution in extinguishing and disposing of cigarette butts, as they pose a fire risk in the savanna. We earnestly request that you refrain from putting your feet on the safari car's seats or sitting on the back, as such behavior can quickly render the vehicles unusable. On this day, an early departure from the hotel is recommended to witness the diverse array of animals active during the morning hours. Breakfast will be prepared in packed lunchboxes, ensuring a seamless start to your day. Setting out at 6:30 AM, your journey commences towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and within approximately an hour, you'll find yourself within the crater's embrace. Renowned for its rich biodiversity, Ngorongoro stands as one of Tanzania's most acclaimed and captivating national parks. Here, the concentration of different animal species per square kilometer is unparalleled. Keep an eye out for magnificent creatures such as buffalo, elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippopotamuses, and elusive feline species like caracals and servals. Lucky adventurers might even catch a glimpse of the rare rhinoceros, an animal facing a rapid decline in numbers. By midday, you'll arrive at the lakeside, where a satisfying lunch will be provided in convenient lunchboxes. After this revitalizing break, your safari will resume its journey. As the day concludes, you'll be transported back to the hotel in Arusha, marking the end of your enriching safari adventure in Ngorongoro.
